To the hares.........

Okay, it's been awhile since I've looked at the blog and even longer since I contributed a post. We were gone for almost a week, but don't think we didn't stick to our diets (for the most part) We did the Jared diet and ate at Subway, ate grilled fish at Red Lobster (although we did each have a cheese biscuit, too, yum!) and grilled chicken at Boston Market. I've lost about 8 pounds, which I know is not a lot but considering the chocolate fondue at the wedding reception, etc., it's not too bad. Cream puffs are the best dippers, too, btw! I was back on track last week, rockin' out to Billy Joel while on the elliptical 3 times. I'm not able to go for long yet, but I'm working on it!

Don't think we're out, we just tortoises..............

Tough

Man this is some tough competition, I really got myself in a jam this time, I am up against, Gordon who has lost weight in the past and cant have 10lbs to loose max, 2 mommies Red-vines and She-Ra who just had babies and can't have but 5-7 lbs to loose. But the rest of the group must be so busy and exercising so hard that they can not even stop to talk some smack and that is the part that scares me. I might need to have a Dove bar to calm myself down. Also I just read an article on Yahoo that said 1/2 of Fat people have healthy hearts and that is the best news yet. Wooden Shoes

I want to know who hired my family to come and sabotage my diet this week. (It was probably Chubby.) It won't work. I may have gained a pound and a half this week, but I'm back on my snowman-in-july diet and before long, I'll have all of you begging for my weight loss secrets.

Watch out!

Alright, I have weighed in, and this week I lost 2.122%. I did really good with my diet last week, and then blew it this weekend. I plan on doing better with my workouts this week, so y'all better watch out! As for Doug, well, I'll let him speak for himself.

QUIET

Man I thought that there was going to be some good competition. You all are a bit Quiet, I hope my awesomeness has not scared you all off, I am down 2.64% and I went to the Fair and put on a clinic. Elephant Ear, Pizza, Lemonade, Cotton Candy, and Fisk Fries. You Chumps are in for a lot of trouble. This week is when I kick it in gear I am going to train for the Redneck 5K.

BRING IT ON

OK, It is friday, moving into the weekend. Carter and I just got back from a run. Feeling nice and sore this week, anyone else sore!? I SURE HOPE NOT:) It has been a good week around here. Veggies, salads, high fiber cereal (Fiber One - 10 gm fiber in 3/4 cup), fruit, hummus, water, chicken, veggie burgers, and lots of exercise.

Chris has loaded up on Oreos and milk shakes so far this week. He is right on track as well to PUT ON SOME WEIGHT!!! He Weighed in at a whopping 139lbs. He has lost weight without trying.(I hate that) Carter Weighed in at 20.4lbs. I weighed in and here is a picture.


Yup, 495lbs. Look out cause I am on a ROLL...LITERALLY! This is me last year at Cedar Point, Check me out. This was my wake-up call.
