Good job Gordon!

Good job Gordon! I think it is safe to say you are the winner.

It's Over

Thanks to a bad weigh in this morning, I have to report a final loss of only 7.9%. (I had lost more than 10% before Halloween, then I gain too much of it back.) So if someone wants to surprise me, just say that you lost 8% or more and I will happily call you The Biggest Loser.

The Game Show

So, I've actually seen a couple episodes of The Biggest Loser on TV. It turns out that the winner is not the one who loses the most weight, but the one who stays in the game the longest. They should call it "Survivor: Golden Hills Country Club and Resort." I am convinced that I am the only one still playing, does that make me the winner? Or do I still have some competition?

Three weeks to go and I am teetering around a 10% weight loss.

Double post

Sorry about the double post, I published the first one and it gave me an error, so I tried again.
The boards are silent and no one is asking for monthly reports. I hope that I am not the only contestant left in the game. I mean, it's not like Survivor where someone gets booted off every week.

It is half time and I am sitting at almost an 8% loss. Which puts me a little bit ahead of schedule for the 13% goal that I have for November 16.

For all of you (if any) who are still playing, I wish you the same success that I am having.

Happy losing,
Gordon

To the hares.........

Okay, it's been awhile since I've looked at the blog and even longer since I contributed a post. We were gone for almost a week, but don't think we didn't stick to our diets (for the most part) We did the Jared diet and ate at Subway, ate grilled fish at Red Lobster (although we did each have a cheese biscuit, too, yum!) and grilled chicken at Boston Market. I've lost about 8 pounds, which I know is not a lot but considering the chocolate fondue at the wedding reception, etc., it's not too bad. Cream puffs are the best dippers, too, btw! I was back on track last week, rockin' out to Billy Joel while on the elliptical 3 times. I'm not able to go for long yet, but I'm working on it!

Don't think we're out, we just tortoises..............
