OK, It's ON!

Alright, I'm committed (I know Ryan will interpret that correctly to mean I SHOULD BE committed)! I've been to the mountain, I mean grocery store, and loaded up on fruits, veggies and fish! I also discovered The Skinny Cow lowfat ice cream sandwiches. They were lower in calories than the comparable Weight Watcher treat. I had one last night to reward myself for a good day! Yummy!

Gary and Gordon are at the LDS Scout Encampment (he saw him there today) and sweating it out so I'd better get with it!

It's on alright!

Back From KC???

Hey Gary I see that you posted that you were back from KC. I think what you wanted to say is that you just got back from K.F.C. HA. HA. Did you say Hi to Colonel Sanders For ME??? Wait till you see my secret recipe!!!!! Good luck

Thirty-Two Percent

It is half way through the first week and I have lost my first percent! At this rate, I'll have lost 32% by November 16th.

I just thought I'd let all you little losers know where The Biggest Loser is setting the bar.

Have a great day.

I'm back from KC

Good luck everyone - the challenge is on. Gary

The Biggest Loser Matchup Blog

I started this to help keep us motivated and so you can "POST" your progress. This is really easy so check it out and take advantage of it to tell us how well you are doing, post pictures, share yummy healthy treats you have found, or trash talk. This may even be the place we check in w/ our weigh ins. We will have to see.

Update...new Biggest Loser competition: Debby and Gary Spooner, Emily Spooner, and Jon Spooner. They are motivated and on the move to beating you out of the competition. So watch out.

Update on me...I have been running everyday and feel the pain for sure, sore legs. But the scale is showing my hard work. I will keep you guessing. I am planning on running the 5K on September 27th at Kensington and if anyone would like to join here is the link http://www.aatrackclub.org/Events/Events-Kensington.htm .

Well, keep up the good work, and look out cause HERE I COME!
