The Rules?

I don't watch a lot of reality TV and so I'm a little fuzzy on the rules. All I know is that I need to schedule my liposuction session for before November 16^th. Would someone (Chubby) post a few more details? (Gary said something about Us vs. Them with a family BBQ at stake?)
