OK, It is friday, moving into the weekend. Carter and I just got back from a run. Feeling nice and sore this week, anyone else sore!? I SURE HOPE NOT:) It has been a good week around here. Veggies, salads, high fiber cereal (Fiber One - 10 gm fiber in 3/4 cup), fruit, hummus, water, chicken, veggie burgers, and lots of exercise.
Chris has loaded up on Oreos and milk shakes so far this week. He is right on track as well to PUT ON SOME WEIGHT!!! He Weighed in at a whopping 139lbs. He has lost weight without trying.(I hate that) Carter Weighed in at 20.4lbs. I weighed in and here is a picture.
Yup, 495lbs. Look out cause I am on a ROLL...LITERALLY! This is me last year at Cedar Point, Check me out. This was my wake-up call.
